By using Nichint ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Nichint is a niche intelligence tool for indie founders. It fetches verified startup revenue data from TrustMRR, computes structural signals, and uses AI to surface market opportunities. The Service is provided as-is for informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Nichint. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nichint.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying TrustMRR or Anthropic API responses.
- Use the Service to build a competing product that re-sells or redistributes TrustMRR data.
- Circumvent any access controls or rate limits.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or via a one-time lifetime deal. All payments are processed through Stripe. Lifetime deal purchases are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
6. Disclaimers
Nichint provides market intelligence, not financial advice. Opportunity signals and AI-generated briefs are analytical outputs — not guarantees of business success. TrustMRR data reflects figures reported by founders at the time of the query; Nichint makes no warranty as to its ongoing accuracy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nichint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business decisions made based on scan results.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
