Nichint ("we", "us", or "our") operates nichint.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google via Supabase, we receive your email address and display name.
- Usage data — scan parameters you submit (category, limit). We do not store scan results.
- Log data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and gate access to the scan tool.
- To provide and improve the Nichint service.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. receipt, password reset) if applicable.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and database. Supabase Privacy Policy.
- TrustMRR — startup revenue data API. Queries are made server-side; your identity is not passed to TrustMRR.
- Anthropic — AI analysis via Claude API. Prompts contain only aggregated niche data, never personal information.
- Cloudflare — edge network and worker runtime. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Storage
We use browser localStorage to persist your theme preference. Supabase sets a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us (see below).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@nichint.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of Nichint after changes constitutes acceptance.
